Validity & Pricing

Each package of one listing per month is billed quarterly, every 90 days. The initial payment covers the first 90 days, ensuring your listings remain active and visible to our audience. Get up to 20% off for multiple listings.

After the initial 90 days, you can renew the same listing for an additional 90 days at a 25% discount, maximizing your cost-efficiency while maintaining your market presence.

Please note that each listing remains valid for a total of six months (180 days). If a listing is not renewed within a 10-day grace period following its expiration, it will be automatically closed. This structure allows flexibility and continuous engagement with your target audience, ensuring your business maintains a strong presence on our platform.

CONTENT VERIFICATION AND POLICY NOTICE

As a self-submission platform, we meticulously review all submitted content and business profiles to ensure compliance with our rules and guidelines. We retain the right to decline publication if the submitted content fails to meet our standards for quality and relevance.

Transparency and traceability are paramount on our platform, as all content is attributed to its respective submitter. We strictly adhere to applicable laws and regulations governing online content and commerce, including but not limited to consumer protection laws, copyright laws, and data privacy regulations.

We do not tolerate fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal content, and reserve the right to reject such submissions. Additionally, we verify the legitimacy of the submitting company to align with governmental business regulations.

Our primary objective is to maintain a clean, secure, and lawful platform environment while providing a fair and equitable submission process for all users.

Please be aware that rejected submissions are ineligible for refunds.

FREE REGISTRATION AND THE BUSINESS PROFILE

Businesses have the option to sign up for free to create a Business Profile. However, this free option does not include our Content Services. Furthermore, it’s important to note that we reserve the right to reject publication if your business profile does not meet our content standards and relevancy.

For Registered organizations that pay for content submission, all translation, SEO editing, and yearly revisions of the Business Profile are all included.

Please make sure to review our service pricing plans before submitting your content. Unpaid submissions will not be serviced or published. Thank you for understanding.

LISTING VALIDITY AND PRICING

Service Scope Pricing is based solely on services related to a submitted and published Article. Any services not directly connected to the Article—such as unrelated social media posts, translation, copywriting, SEO, or image design—are not included.

Article Listing Duration & Billing

  • Each Article is billed per listing, per 90-day period.
  • The initial 90 days are prepaid upfront at full rate.
  • Clients may renew the same Article for an additional 90 days (maximum of 180 days in total).
  • Renewal must be confirmed and paid within 10 days after the initial term ends to maintain continuity.
  • Articles not renewed during this grace period will be automatically closed and unpublished.
  • All Articles remain active until manually closed by the client or automatically closed after 180 days.

Early Removal If an Article is removed before the end of its paid term, it will be unpublished upon request. However, no refunds will be issued for unused time.

Reposting Policy Reposting a closed Article with updated or new content is considered a new Article submission and will be billed accordingly. Visitor analytics from the original Article will be retained.

Bulk Discount Clients purchasing three or more Articles at once may be eligible for a volume discount. Please contact us to discuss customized pricing options.

Included Services (Per Article) Depending on the package selected (Basic, Standard, or Advanced), pricing includes:

  • One social media conversion/posting/update per 90 days per platform
  • Posts are directly related to the submitted Article and tailored to Chinese social media platforms (e.g., WeChat, Douyin, Xiaohongshu).

Note: Social media services not related to the Article (e.g., additional posts, unrelated campaigns, localization services) are excluded from the package.

For us, your submitted listing is not just a one-time effort. Upon submission, we provide continuous support and services for 180 days, tailored to your chosen DIY, Standard, or Premium Listing Plan.

Our 180-day services include improvements and updates of the submitted listing, monthly social media posting and updates, inquiry and contact follow-ups, usability testing and feedback, data analysis, and routine updates for active listing webpage functions, installed plugins, and content we provide.

Please note, that our services cover only the elements within the customer-submitted content webpage, such as text, images, videos, designs, and similar components. Additional functions, software, paid or free plugins, programming, and content creation beyond the originally submitted content are omitted.
